Old Irish Prints respects your privacy. This notice explains, in clear terms, what personal data we use to provide the shop and how you can exercise your rights under Irish and EU data protection law.

What we use

We may use your name, contact details, delivery details, order information and messages to process purchases, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not ask for sensitive personal data and ask that you do not send it in free-form messages.

Service providers

Our services use Replit for hosting and project analytics, Google Analytics where enabled by your consent, Stripe for payment processing, Clerk for staff authentication, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. These providers process information only as needed for their services and under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary storage supports security, the basket and checkout. Google Analytics and the shop’s custom commerce analytics events load only after you allow Analytics, and never include payment details or free-form customer content. Replit’s publishing service may also provide automatic, aggregate pageview measurement when the site owner enables Project Analytics in Publishing settings. You can change the shop’s optional choices at any time through the cookie preferences link.

Retention and security

We retain order and accounting records for as long as required by law, support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed, and optional analytics data according to the provider’s settings. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no online service can promise absolute security.
