Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from Old Irish Prints. By ordering, you confirm that you have read them. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under Irish or EU consumer law.

Products and orders

We describe prints and their finishes as accurately as practical. Colours can vary between screens and paper. An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may contact you if an item or price cannot be supplied and will refund payments for an order we cannot fulfil.

Prices and payment

Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Stripe processes card payments securely; we do not receive or store full card numbers. You must provide accurate information and have authority to use the payment method.

Delivery

Delivery estimates and charges are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch within the timeframe stated on the site, but carrier and events outside our reasonable control can affect arrival. See our delivery information.

Consumer rights

Consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts from receipt, followed by a further 14 days to return goods. Bespoke or personalised prints, and goods made to your specifications, may be excluded from cancellation once production has begun. Faulty or misdescribed goods retain your statutory rights.

Liability and contact

We are responsible for supplying goods that conform to the contract. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Questions should go to hello@oldirishprints.ie.
