Changing your mind

For most standard items, EU and Irish consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the order without giving a reason. Email hello@oldirishprints.ie with your order details and a clear cancellation statement, then return the item within 14 days. You normally pay return postage unless the item is faulty.

We refund the item price and standard outbound delivery after receiving the return (or evidence of dispatch), using the original payment method. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

Exceptions

The cancellation right does not apply to bespoke, personalised or made-to-order goods produced to your specifications, where the law permits that exception. This does not affect statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please contact us promptly at the address above with your order reference and clear photographs of the packaging and print. Keep the packaging until we advise otherwise. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with your statutory rights.
